General QOL Update

Time for our first quality of life update!

 - A label was added to the Bumper Storage

 - An indicator was added where you can place bumpers while dragging them

 - A return to Main Menu button has been added

 - The launch power indicator has been moved next to the launch chamber

 - Bumper Names and Type are now visible while choosing rewards

 - Added protection from getting the same bumper offered multiple times during rewards

Onto bug fixes!

 - Fixed a bug where the Ouroboros bumper didn't properly update its code

 - Fixed bounty indicators on stars showing in front of the ball

 - Fixed certain bounty triggers showing in front of the ball

 - Fixed bumper spots showing in front of the ball
